O.R.I. EXPOSED AT MOVINT 2007

MOVINT from 09/05/07 to 12/05/07
“International Industrial and Mechanical Handling exhibition”

From 9 to 12 May 2007, Bologna hosted the 13th Movint "International Industrial and Mechanical Handling exhibition" and Expologistica "Exhibition of integrated means, systems and services for logistics and transport": 4 days of show, initiatives and meetings for tens of thousands trade operators in contact with the technological and organizing innovations, that have made logistics a strategic tool for corporate management.

Movint focuses on products and services for hoisting, conveyance, handling, control and storage of merchandise, semifinished and finished products within the company.

For this reasons O.R.I. decided to invest in MOVINT exhibiting a large range of special products for different uses of industrial handling.

Lift Tables

O.R.I. lift tables have a lot of applies that is loading and unloading of trucks, lifting of goods among different levels of a warehouse or a factory. You can find other models, not exposed in MOVINT, that are used as means to come through architectural feature that denies access to the handicapped or as means to lift car for parking reason.

O.R.I. can manufacture different kinds of lift tables on the basis of Customer’s requirements (capacity, load dimension).Please find technical, in the following table, some specifications of the lift tables exposed in MOVINT.

Loading / Unloading ramp

O.R.I. ramp has the purpose to ease the loading and the unloading of any truck by the use of any forklift. Ramp can be manufactured with different capacities and dimension.

Ramp is one of the items that obtained a large agreement from the many visitors of our stand.

Trailers with rubber wheels

O.R.I. trailers for transport and/or handling of are used in industrial environment within the factory.

Self-powered trailers by battery

In addition to trailers O.R.I. manufactures self-powered trailers powered by battery and driven by remote control. The following item has been exposed incurring many appreciatons and interests in the visitors of Movint. Loading platform has a particular shape studied for the transport of coils in longitudinal and transversal way towards the direction of the trailer. This is the reason of its uniqueness.

Additional technical data: the self-powered trailer exposed in MOVINT is an item projected and manufactured for a speed of 24 [m/1’]. It has got no. 4 wheels Ø 650x350 and a gearset powered by no. 2 traction motors in DC 4 [kW] 80 [V] and a battery 420 [Ah] 80 [V] which allows the functioning.
The trailer has been manufactured for the transport of coils Ø max.=1800/2000 x 2000 [mm].

The last item exposed in MOVINT is the following railway trailer battery powered manufactured for the handling of coils within the factory.

Additional technical data: the railway trailer exposed in MOVINT is an item projected and manufactured for a speed of 21 [m/1’],it has got no. 4 railway wheels Ø = 400 [mm] and a gearset powered by no.1 traction motor DC 6 [kW] 48 [V] and a battery 480 [Ah] 48 [V] which allows the functioning.
The trailer has been manufactured for the transport of coils Ø min-max.=900-2000 [mm].
This trailer as the previous one, is driven by remote control and has got control panel.
